Exterior Window Trim

Hey guys, the exterior window trim on my TL started peeling, and like a little kid I couldn't help but start to peel it away. My question is now, which would be easier/better to "fix" the chrome underneath? Should I just get some 3m vinyl off amazon and stick it back on, or would it be better to spray it with plastidip? TIA!

Some instructions on how to re-tape are at: https://acurazine.com/forums/third-g...w-trim-904516/.
I'm in the same boat and will try re-wrapping on a warm afternoon when I have the time.

IDK if Plasti-dip will match the existing texture of the window frame tape and B-pillars.

Welcome to AZ.

Yeah, just re-wrap per paperboy's well-documented DIY. Don't plastidip it.

Another vote for wrap. I have to do mine this summer. Beats buying another one, I won't even mention the price to you, you'll just have to believe me it's stupid expensive.
