It has been getting a bit colder and all of a sudden i hear a squeaky noise, and it doesn't seem to go away even after normal operating temperature. I have included a video, any ideas?

Chirp from Timing Belt Area TSB...you'll have to search for it.

It requires the installation of a shim kit; how many miles are on your car?

It might be covered under warranty.

 

I think it sounds like your power steering pump:

1> check if ther are any bubbles in the PS reservoir, if they are then replace your oring...
2> check the belt....make sure the belt is tight and not slipping
