DVD player problem

Navigation dvd works fine, when I goto insert an actual dvd says that it wont read to see my acura dealer? anyone had this problem?

The DVD drive in the trunk is only meant for the navigation disc.

If you're trying to watch movies on the screen, you'll need to buy a separate video module (navtool or nav2go) and a separate DVD player.
