DRL 1 side not working

Tried a new bulb and a verified working bulb, the passenger side comes on when 1 bulb is in the driver side drl but it will not turn on and the drl lite is up, does each side have an independent fuse? And why would 1 bulb cause the passenger to turn on and the other wont?

If two filament bulbs are plugged in, and both are working, and you don't have message on the dash, then the car is working as it should.

To use LED bulbs in US '07-'08 cars (no idea about Canadian version) you need custom harness. Either buy it or make it like I did.
