Front End Clunk

145k miles, lowered with to 1 finger gap on teins, and I'm experiencing a random clunk that seems to be coming from around the driver and passenger wheel wells. the clunks don't happen at the same time on both sides; but randomly. I've already replaced the LCA bushings, endlinks look good, and motor mounts are good too. at this point I'm kind of out of ideas on what else to look for. any suggestions?

Check axle joints, tie rod ends (both inner and outer) and the sway bar bushings on the subframe, or the endlinks but you posted they look good. Check to make sure they are tight! . The bushings are a pain in the butt to replace!

My end links looked fine but when I replaced the clunk went away and my ride was much nicer. At 145k it is worth a try if you can not find the exact location. The end links are relatively cheap and very easy to replace.

I wasn't aware that end links could noticeably (if at all) affect ride... Handling, yes. Ride, no??

on my 05 the clunk end up by the stupid after market end links used by PO. I replace with OEM one and the front clunk noise is gone, now I need to do the rear one.

Haven't replaced the endlinks yet because my CMC failed this past weekend, and was busy doing that. My friend did notice that when we braced the fork on the slave during bleeding with some ratchet extensions, the engine would move a little when I pressed in the clutch. Would this indicate bad motor mounts? The motor mounts were replaced like 45k miles ago with OEM; front, side, and rear.

I had a clunking noise on the passenger side. Ended up being a bad bushing on the upper control arm. The arm itself (with bushings installed) isn't too expensive so I just replaced the whole thing. Clunk is gone

I actually just replaced the OEM ones (fairly new, replaced with suspension upgrade maybe 35k miles ago) with Moog. Clunk is gone. The endlinks looked OK but who knows...maybe it was just loose? I'll never know...
