door locks 2012 F150

2012 F150 , I have a back door that wont lock, cant even push the knob down, the other back door will not unlock cant pull up the knob, what is going on

it likely is a fuse. check all fuses

F-150 forum will be more beneficial, especially since i believe that is a common issue.

Spray some WD-40 on it.

The door latch locks are broken, just replace them.
