Door Alignment help. Hit garage.

My wife backed out of the garage with the rear drivers side door open. She assumed my son closed it.
Regardless, she hit the wall slightly where it tweaked the door up a little. It closed, but felt "clunky". I pushed down on the door a couple time and now it seems to close normal (same solid sound as other side door). However, it's still a tiny bit off. I know this because the door leaks water and the seal lip is about 1/2 mm too high. I tried to push down more, but can't and don't want to break anything.
Is there something I can do to lower it another 1/2 mm with the hinge bolt? Is there a door alignment procedure somewhere? I tried a search without success.

Thanks!

it has been bent into that position, you will need to bend it back as close as you can get. I dont think the adjustment in the hinges is going to get you the change you need.
