Burn it...Why do you want to remove it? You can scrape it off also which is the option I go with.

Honestly the loctite shouldnt be that bad on there. Usually if anything I would just scrape some of it off with a flathead with the threads. Most of the time I just ignore it honestly.

the loctite is not on treads, its holding the short shifter onto the oem shifter. theres no way to get to it.

the DIY - https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-performance-parts-modifications-112/comptech-short-shifter-install-pics-3g-garage-086-a-590326/

you can see the pics where the loctite attaches the ctss to the shifter.

Hey I know this is a little off topic but I this is the last posted thread about a short shifter and I didn't wanna start a new one just to ask a question.
Does this this look exactly like CT short shifter?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...TQ:MOTORS:1123

seems like a rip off of CT and its about half the price.
