Could it be my Transmission ?

I have a 08 TL 5AT w\Navi at 61200 miles, never had a problem with it since i got it. alway kept up with maintenance and all factory alerts. today while headed home from work, i noticed the transmission started to slip at 4gear and would not get me on 5th, i switched to semi-manual and tried to shift my way home. Could it really be my Transmission or is this electronic.

The manual calls for a fluid change at 60K miles for the transmission fluid, which in many people's opinion and experience is WAY to long for that fluid. Pull the transmission dipstick out and check out the color of the fluid. It should be pinkish red. If it is brown or black then it's probably never been changed and is the cause of your problems. Call up the dealer you purchased it from (assuming the car is CPO or atleast an acura dealership) and they might change out the fluid free of charge and monitor the problem.
