I have wiped this white residue (radiator fluid) and it has now come back. Coolant overflow is low too.

White residue on the top of overflow bottle, small puddle marks on the black outside fan housing and then blown or sprayed elsewhere. So thinking coming from the overflow bottle somewhere, dripping until the fan comes on and that is how its spraying. Where do you all think the leak is coming from?

Also, what is this in the picture circled.

 

Replace the tube and cap on the overflow. Cheap at your local Honda dealer.
