Completely locked out of car with a dead battery
I’ve got a 2008 TL that’s currently dead from something draining the battery while it was sitting for a few days untouched. I tried unlocking the car with the keyfob to no avail. The driver side door lock is useless as its been damaged from a previous theft. I’m completely locked out of the car and can’t open the hood to charge the battery. Am I screwed? Is there a way to access the starter from underneath the car to atleast give it a bit of juice?
I once opened a Cadillac hood by using a long crowbar to activate the hood latch from underneath the car (on the TL, you will need to remove the plastic cover under the radiator). A few people on the accord forum claim to have done something similar.

Have you tried getting in from the trunk? maybe reach through, or send a small human in through the back seat opening?...Once you get in the vehicle, The battery drain is probably the hands free link unit. It is a common issue. I am on break at work and have to get back, otherwise I would get you the link from these forums. That's how I fixed my battery drain issues and it is simple and free. 😁
