Cheap Rear View Mirror Replacement

It looks like just today my 05 TL started showing the liquid within the autodimming mirror, and based on other reports on Acurazine I am planning to remove it soon to prevent it from leaking onto and destroying the dash. The question I have is is there a low cost replacement available for it, without the autodimming feature? It looks like Acura decided to be a pain and put a special shaped adapter for the mirror onto the windshield, so I'm a bit hesitant about using a Honda or aftermarket mirror. The cheap used mirrors on Ebay generally do not say if they are the old mirror model which leaks, or the new model ( 76400-SEP-A02ZA ). OEM seems to be $150 new from the part sponser sites. Are there any options that I can slide right on to the existing windshield adapter, or is the only cheap option to remove the adapter with heat and glue a new one on? Ideally I'd put this Honda one on it but it doesn't seem to be compatible

I believe Gentex makes the factory mirror and have something that might be cheaper.

It looks like they have a cheaper dimmable mirror but I couldn’t find a model that had the TL’s mirror mount. Maybe there is a way to swap the mirror at the ball joint so that the bracket on the old one can be reused.
