Car won't Start

Car won't Start

Went to start my car this morning it wouldn't turn over. The radio comes works, dash lights up but it will not start. What could be the problem.

the dash lights up, radio works. Shouldn't this stuff stop working.

try to get a jump... battery is probably dead.

and since radio and dash light does not take that much power. Those do not rule out battery issue.

Update to the situation...HAd the car towed to rallye acura. The service manager said that the "PCM computer" had gone bad. Some how condensation from the AC leaked onto it and damaged it. Anyone know what a the "PCM computer" is and exactly where it is located.

Wow. That's a pretty poor design. That is one heck of a spendy part too. What happens when that happens out of warranty?

Got the car back today. Apparently the damage was pretty bad. It corroded the "pcm" also the spark plugs. Kinda has me thinking whats to stop this from happening again. The service manager really didn't have an answer to my question.

The car starts fine with remote number 2, but remote number 1 has the same exact problem has before. Tired with the problems with this car.

I don't recall seeing this problem before. What year is it and how many miles are on it? I'm wondering if this an isolated case or will it become a more common problem.

It is a 2004 late build. Approx. 15500 miles. Car doesn't get driven that much. Dealer said they have seen it before but it is not common. Not really feeling comfortable with this car. I had to change driver side window regulator, there was a wiring problem that caused the passenger side mirror to rotate all the way down and not come back up. Had to change something to do with the memory position. I am going to call acura client services see what they say.
