Ok so this is a recent but fixed problem. I had a really hard time finding info on this so I decided to post my issue. I hope that this may help someone in a similar situation.

So here's what happened. My car started to misfire on the interstate. It then died on me completely. I had it towed home and after checking several items, I decided to check my IG coil fuse in the kicker panel. It was blown. So I swapped it out, and the car started. It then blew that fuse as well. I took the starter relay out(check for a short), still blew the fuse. My next step was to unplug all the IG coils. Turned the key, no blown fuse. One by one I plugged in a coil. Then the last coil #6 blew the fuse. I unplugged the coil and the car came back to life. Moral of the story is check your fuses and follow the problem back to the source.
