If EGR passages and clean and EGR valve is good as well as spark plugs/coils, I would look at valve adjustment if you are much over 100k miles.

I had the same issue on my CL and Pilot, valve adjustment fixed them both.

does the car run rough? If so, leave the engine running and start unplugging coils one at a time. The one that makes the engine run smooth when disconnected is a bad coil.

Unlikely all six coils are bad.
Gnuts advice to try one coil at a time should show you if any coils are bad.
If you can do the work yourself, adjusting the valves is almost free, and is usually needed anyway much above 100k miles.
Solved random misfires codes on my CL and Pilot both below 150k in mileage, and the valves were way off.
