hey guys. i asked on the forum before about removing this camber bolt. it was suggested to try twisting it. i noticed as i twist it, the bushing is twisting also. how do i remove this?

 

you will need hammer, thats how i do it, done that like 10 times

 

unscrew it until there are no more threads left.

then use a hammer and a screw driver!

 

there are no threads in the fork...

 

right thats what i thought. so just gotta hammer the little bastard out? i wacked it pretty good not gonna lie lol

 

yep, just watch the threads. That bolt tip is rounded for a reason. You have to use hammer to take it out ant put it back.

 

Wtf....I wish I would have know this...lol

I fukcing murdered my perfectly good stock bushings...

 

the springs are pushing down on the bolt. i've used a bottle jack to push up on the fork to remove some of that spring tension. that makes it a little easier to tap out that bolt.

 

hit it literally 100 times with a sledge hammer. it didnt move one bit

 

PB blaster and hammer....

and by hammer, I mean a big fucking hammer and not a mallet...

 

ok do you have impact gun (ratchet should do the job too)? if yes use it on bolt, the bolt by it self got slots on it (where bolt goes in to control arms bushing) when you gone turn the bolt slots will clear some rust in the bushing. Hope this will helps
