A/C problem

i ahave a 2005 tl base and the a/c start to cont cool every 4 to 6 minuts

i dont know what cant that b , my frien tel me about the thermostat of the a/c

are you saying that the compressor comes off and on? that's normal?

are you saying it only works for 20 minutes then all 'cooling' ceases for good?

when i power the car on it cools and in 10 minutes it stops ,

to power it back on i need to power the car off, and back on for it to cool again
