Brakes clicking when cold? (mostly)

Hey folks looking for some help. Every morning when I back my tls 6mt up and first hit the brakes the front right clicks fairly loud then goes away mostly but will click on occasion. Just replaced brembo hardware and noise is still there. Anyone have a similar issue? Pads are new but are aftermarket.

On brembos where is grease required? I was under the impression they are sealed units.

Here is the noise on video, it is the first time touching brakes in the morning but happens everyday and sometimes randomly as well. Ball joints seem good and tight and no clunking otherwise. Just happens when brake is applied.

It has been quite some time since I touched those, but I "think" you are still supposed to grease the back of the pads where they contact the pistons as well as where they ride on the pins.

I also think there are clips that are supposed to be in there that apply light tension to keep the pads from wiggling around. My '05 always had a light click when backing out of the garage in the morning.

Thanks man. I did try to lube the backs of the pads with brake grease first but no Bueno. I did notice the pins had a slight bend in a couple of them so I tried replacing the whole hardware kit ie pins and new retaining clips that lightly hold the pads in place and noise still persists.

I'm wondering if oem pads would have a smaller "ear hole" on the top corner of the pads to keep them from moving or shifting as much. Just a thought at this point tho.

thanks for the advice so far guys
