05 tl brembo problem
hello to all who read. I'm having an issue with my brembos making a creaking noise. no movement needed just a press of brakes. sounds like the passenger front caliper has an issue and it transfers into the car. tried lubricating all parts. including pads. torqueing bolts. and still nothing. when coming to a slow stop can be heard but off a fast stop nothing. any ideas?
will post video if possible in a few.

I had the squeaky Brembo problem on my 04 6MT when I got new pads a few years ago. Tried everything, sanding the pads, cleaning the rotors, lubing everything that could possibly rub. Nothing lasted more than a day. Did some research and found this product https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...5017/7040066-P
Spray on the back of the pads and the metal pad hardware where it contacts the pistons and let it tack up and get sticky, then install as usual. I still get a little squeak when the brakes are cold but it disappears after a couple stops. I use this on all my brakes now.
If you're getting noise just pumping the brakes while the car is not moving, I would make sure there is no air in the lines.
Or, perhaps the tie rod end is worn out and the brake pressure is transmitting movement through the suspension. Can you feel anything in the steering wheel?

It’s just when pumping brakes at a stop. If I drive and come to a stop it’s not there. It can be heard very loudly at the caliper. I work for Honda and tried as much stuff to quiet my brakes but I feel it’s become more of a mechanical issues. I checked for play or loose parts around noise and so far I just get a noise transfer from the Brembo caliper. My next move is to bleed the brakes. And the outter tie rod I beleive is fine. But I will consider replacing it if it’s giving the same kind of noise. I’ll post the video later around 5.

OEM Break pad seems to be the only way out
Hello,
I'd the same issue. I tried to put aftermarket brakes on and it squeaks like crazy.
In the end, I bought OEM brakes and pads, And before we installed them we compared them side-by-side.
There are slight dimensional differences in the Acura pads and discs were slightly bigger than the aftermarket ones.
I would suggest buying the pads from Acura and asked them to be installing local shop to save money.
I had tried all the ways, burning them in ...etc.
Hope this helps.
