Brake Pad & Rotor Thickness Replacement Recommendations

What are the measured thicknesses you're allowing the pads and rotors to draw down before replacing?

I'm going to do my first brake job on my TL this weekend. SM rotors specifications are 26mm AT front, 23mm MT front and 7.5mm rear. Brake pads thickness 1.6mm both front and rear. For anyone other than myself I would not go under... but let's just say my rear pads are toast and well under minimum thickness...
