Brake dust shield

hey guys. So I'm pretty new to the site and the 3g TL world. But im absolutely loving the car. I was lucky enough to find one with the 6spd tranny which is very rare where I live. Its had a few small bugs to work out like tie rod ends and the power steering inlet o ring. But the other day, I hit a bump and heard what sounded to be my brakes scrubbing. So I pulled over. Come to find put, the brake dust shield had rusted and was rubbing on inside of rear driver side rotor. So for the time being, I just ripped it off. Was looking around online for a replacement for the dust shields since passenger side is a but rusted also. But i cant find them anywhere. So my question is, should I replace them? Or just not even worry about it? If so, where can I find them? I've never had a dust shield completely rust off like that! But any advice is appreciated

Throw it out and forget.

If you ever need to replace wheel bearing, you can buy shield then. I think they are like 30 bucks, but can't really be replaced without destroying the bearing.
