I drive an 05 tl with 108 miles on the odometer. I parked the car in a long term lot at the airport for a week. When I returned the battery was dead. When I had the car jumped the alarm went off. I disengaged the alarm by putting the key in the door and drove home. The next day the alarm went off in the garage for no apparent reason. I took the car to the dealer who replaced the battery and the hands free link which they said was draining the battery and causing the alarm to trigger. When I went to pick up the car the alarm was going off in the parking lot. The car is still at the dealer awaiting further inspection. Any thoughts on what's causing this??

 

The handsfree module has been known to slowly kill the battery. I'm not sure if the alarm is related.
