Back window is OUT AGAIN????
About 5 months ago i go to roll up my window it doesnt move.. take it to the dealer they give me some shit about the tint making the regulator go bad (bullshit) anyway they replaced regulator after almost threating not to because of my tint, still didnt work so they told me they had to order a new harness?? (who knows how much dealerships bullshit about parts)
anyway today went to roll the back driver side window down again does not move, anyone have any idea what is causing this?? I can hear the relay click when i hit the switch and thats it no function
I do have 2 12's which could vibrate the shit out of the something, but the same window twice????? unless they half assed something the first time. Other then that i have no idea, i am NOW out of warranty but they will be covering it since its an existing problem. I also have the module to roll the windows up and down with the keyfob, not sure if that leads to any problems with any windows either??????
anyone else with this problem ever??

Just checked again, the light is NOT on the switch, so once again its obviously a power problem, there is no power going to the switch. I would take it apart myself if the panel wasnt a bitch to get off, id pass it off as my subs rattling the harness lose, but not when it happends twice to the same window. My car has been filled with minor annoying electrical problems or bulbs burning out that shouldnt (several bulbs already third brake light LED, seat heater lights and steering control bulbs) all on an 04 with less then 40k miles still

yeah, I bet your 12's are rattling something loose in there if it works sometimes. I had the same prob with my accord. Take that door panel off and check it out. It's not that bad to take the door apart, you did the window roll up mod right? You should be able to get that door apart no prob! I know it sucks tho-been there-done that, just get a helper, much easier!!
I have an 04 TL as well I have not had any of my lights go out yet except for the HFL buttons on the steering wheel. I just had the dealership fix it since I had to bring my car in for the recalls anyway. Good Luck!

Your name threw me for a bit of a loop....Yes I know an RSX doesnt have rear windows.... so I was just making sure I knew what we were dealing with. Pull the door panel off and just make sure the connectors are secure. The harness comes through the door and goes to the fuse box so Give that a light kick and see what happens. I stress LIGHT

The drivers side rear window on my 04 TL just recently quit working on me as well. Any insight on what was wrong w/ yours? I'll rip the panel off this weekend to try and troubleshoot.

i have no clue i havent messed with it again yet.. havent had time it works sometimes tho.. im sure its a lose wire somewhere. i have the module that rolls all the windows up/down with the keyfob im thinking the previous owner didnt connect them well enough? i cant imagine a stock harness having a problem and i believe u have to tap the wires for the module?

I'm having this same problem too... and the dealership blames it on after market tint... yeah.. BS... and so they fixed it under warranty, and now it's on the fritz again. The window is coming up slow like it's straining. THe dealership replaced the 'regulator' and it's fucked up agian... any ideas?

I recently took off my front door interior panels to fix rattles, and plugged everything back in, but the next day my passenger window wouldn't work. I took the panel back off, and the harness plug had fallen out. I pushed it in there "all the way" but it still came out. If you have tint, then they took your panels off to do it, and that springy plastic that holds the harness into the window switch is not that strong. Your two 12's could have rattled it out of the slot, even just a little bit, to break the connection, if the tint people didn't get it in all the way.
