Auto climate issue

So now that it's getting colder, I have discovered an issue with the climate control in my 07 TL-S. Say I have the climate set to 75 (it's like 45 deg outside) my car will be blowing ice cold air. The engine is warm and heat should be blowing.

In order for it to work correctly, I have to bump the heat all the way to HI and then bump it back down to 75 or whatever and then it blows warm air like its supposed to. Has anyone had a similar issue to this?

Thanks

First guess is the driver's side blend door is sticking. Pretty sure that door motor also controls the HCV. Mine does similar things and has for many years. I have never been able to pinpoint down the cause. Both of my blend doors move just fine as does my HCV. But summer or winter, I have to swing the temps to either HI or Lo and then adjust back to the middle.

Same issue after changing F° to C° on climate control display a few months ago. HCV replaced 2 years ago.

I've just checked - HCV moves only in range from 24 C° (closed) to 28 C° (max opened) while full range is ftom 17 to 31.
Is it possible to reset climate control module?
