Maybe a wheel weight came off after the new tire install. Try rotating the tires to see if the problem changes. If so, you know it's your wheels otherwise something else might be wrong. The installer of your tires should be able to diagnose for you.

hmmm? are they stock rims? if not check if theyre hubcentric because i remember having aftermarket rims and not having hub rings thatll give you vibrations too.

Hunter finds the high spot on the tire and matches it with the low spot on the rim - or vise-versa.

usually it's a balance problem. if not, could be brakes or different levels of tire tread wear.

other than a tire / balance issue, there are related issues to driveline vibration related to torn compliance bushings in the LCA and vibrations through the rear mount which Acura has a tsb on, check the tsb to see if it sounds familiar to your issue.. http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/B05-017.PDF

shit you motherfuckers are smart.....and damn u should get paid to be on acurazine !!!!

so well i had something like the same problem.....after i installed the Innovative Mounts there were some vibrations....but off lately when i hit 75 mph the car shakes like crazy.....it shakes so much that my radar detector on the windshield literally rattles....but then when i hit like 90-95 mph.....no more crazy rattle just vibrations doing that speed and innovative mounts.....

i was thinking of getting an alignment.....i spoke to my hookup at the dealership and he said since its a problem which comes at certain speeds, its something mechanical and not due to alignment !!!! he is like lets start with wheels and tires.....

i just heard him out and didnt ask him to do anything.....

i was gonna post a new thread but then i searched and came across this thread.....so do u guys still think its balancing ???

^ that's definitely a harmonic vibration.. Definitely check the rear mount and see if you can get the Acura sub frame dampener.. it might help.
