All Dash lights are on! help!

We just replaced our failed 2004 Acura TL transmission with an 2006 Accord transmission. We are missing a couple nuts, so we cant drive it yet, but, it does appear to shift in and out of gear.
The PROBLEM... and why I need HELP:
All of the dash lights are on now. VSA, CEL, Triangle and the D is flashing. How do I go about resetting the computer? When I put the battery back in, shouldn't that have done it already?

Any ideas?

I remember reading that the harness for the 2006 accord transmission position range sensor is different, you guys swapped it with the TL one right?

My only other suggestion is to take the car (once you're able to drive it) to a shop with an (advanced) code reader/diagnostic tool.

The blinking lights indicates something wrong, and a code is stored in the computer.

When I had blinking lights I went to a local shop and they used a Snap-On Verus tablet to diagnose every single one of my code.

Engine codes, transmission codes, SRS codes, it reads it all.
My problem ended up being many sensors I believe acted up in the freezing cold.
They wrote down the codes, then cleared the codes from the car for me, and its been two years problem free.

The awesome part was they did it for free, I would suggest asking around and seeing if someone can diagnose the flashing lights for you.

Questions like these pop up on the forum time to time. Some people complain that the CEL is on, and the engine idles weird.
Unless we have the code, we're not much help.

Thank you. Yea. I completely understand that. I guess part of the reason I asked was because so many posted with help on this specific tranny swap and the reasons it was the best for us. I started wondering if maybe, it wasn't as much a CEL, but more of an installation issue (a ground, etc) or if we just needed to reset our computer somehow. Its just really odd that all of the lights are on, considering that when the transmission went out for good, there wasn't even 1 light on at all, or the flashing D of death. Make sense?
I really do appreciate any help.

It could really be anything.
Such as sensor power, ground, etc.
Electrical problems are the worse to diagnose.

That's why there are diagnostic tools that do it for you and tell you where the fault is.

I think you should take a break, and pat yourself on the back for doing all this work yourself most importantly.

Good luck
