Alignment problem HELP!

OK,

I got 4 new tires about 3 months ago and a 4 wheel alignment. At that time my CV joints were clicking and the dealer forgot to check it and said they would when
I bring it in again. ON my way home that day the car was still pulling to the left a little, so I figured I would ahve them check the alignment next time I bring it in as well.

So 3k later I brought it in for a oil change and tell them about the alignment and clicking. They replaced both cv joints and a control arm was seized (not sure what one). They also said my front driverside wheel was bent which I thought was crazy and said that was the reason for the pulling. I have had bent rims before with rims on previous cars and when its bent the steering wheel shakes. My steering wheel does not shake at all. They said its bent vertical not horizontal and or my alignment could be out of whack and it would be another $110 after I already paid that the last time i was in. So, I had them rotate the wheel to the back for now to eliminate the pulling some and its pulling even harder now to the left.

Do you guys think that the reason it was pulling was because of the control arm and or cv joints? Also, when they work on the front end that much shouldn't they re-align the car as well? Need some suggestions guys!

normally when you replace suspension parts and the customer has a problem- you should align the front at least
You cant align a car with bad CV joints- there is too much movement as a result,

Replacement of a control arm would require an alignment. I don't know what the CV joints would have to do with an alignment as they are drive components and not suspension components.
