6 Speed tranny/clutch problem??????
#41
Ordered the parts from Carolina Clutch ($550 shipped) and found a Honda/Acura specialist here in Richmond to do the job for $700 (Dealers wanted $1300+ so not sure how you got them down to $800). Also taking this opportunity to replace an axle while its all apart.
Anything else I may need?
Will give feedback once the job is complete.

OK Thanks.
I bought my TL there new. Just did the timing belt myself last fall (overall not too bad of a job). I have 107k miles currently and the clutch is OK. Was thinking I would do the job myself (when required) but it looks like a big one...

Picked up the car Thursday and wow! Car really pulls but I guess thats always the case with a brand new clutch. Car drived good with no slippage at all, so i'm very happy.
