Hey all, just about 3 days ago we had a snow storm in GTA ontario, I was driving to work and suddenly the power steering became very hard to turn, It is very hard to take the car out of parking spaces or do u-turns, the power steering was never making any noise, PS reservoir is still full and when I open the cap to check for bubbles with the car running I dont see any bubbles or any fluid flowing at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Ive already dropped so much money into it it only has 197k km too, (Replaced Timing belt and waterpump kit, engine mounts, subframe mounts, transmission mounts, coilovers, valve covers, transmission lines, radiator all in one month, its getting expensive.)

 

Sounds like your p/s pump isn't pumping for some reason. If it's that hard to steer there's no fluid in the rack.
