2004 acura TL wiring problems.

My TL was in a wreck on drivers side. Theres a red and green wire that got pulled out of the fuse box or a sensor. On passenger side theres a black connector blue inside small L shaped. And I have a black round sensor with 2 prongs. Where do these go. The green key is flashing. I plug a scanner in and its not making a connection the motor has been out and back in. Why is it not reading my key and where do the wires go? Can someone help me figure this out. Its frustrating. The car was running fine reading key. I changed timing belt, crank sensor harness and sensor. I know these wires are the only thing it can be.
