The codes on the report are P0134 and P2251. Does anyone know exactly which sensor this is and where it is located on my car?

 

The first code comes from the Bank 1 oxygen sensor - somewhere along the exhaust, I believe the first one downstream (not 100% sure), and I believe the second code is related to the same sensor.

P0134 = Bank 1, Sensor 1 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected

Your second code for P2251 also has to do with Bank 1, sensor 1.

Could be as simple as replacing it with a new sensor for ~$100-$150.

So it seems everyone agrees on the Bank 1 part ,but the sensor (1 or 2) seems to be in question.

 

P0134-Rear Air Fuel ratio Sensor, Bank 1, Sensor 1, heater system malfunction

P2251-Rear Air Fuel ratio Sensor, Bank 1, Sensor 1, VS circuit high voltage

Rented the o2 sensor socket from autozone and change it out. Pulled a battery terminal to reset the codes and ALL GOOD!! Thanks guys.
