i recently put a set of 08 mirrors on my 05 tl. i searched the forums on how to get the blinker to work and have no luck.i also noticed some members say that the driver side id pre-wired for the blinker but mine dosent work @ all....any advice on how to get these to work

search man dont be lazy there are like 100 post on that but you do have to change your wiring in both side my boy did it and it cost him about for 200 and they work fine

 

thanks for the reply ...but i did seach ....thats how i know that most members said that there driver side was pre-wired........just cant find a DIY for the wiring

 

I guess that's your answer.. Maybe you should figure it out & make a DIY.

The driver's side pre-wire isn't on the '05 models. Apparently it's only the refreshed 06 model.
I couldn't post pics of the actual wiring in my DIY thread, but it's just tapping into the mirrors pink wire with the black stripe with a seperate cable and running another tap along the side of your car to the front or rear turn signal wire.
