we used to do it in tech school instead of waiting the 5-45 minutes for airbag capacitors. it would waste 1/2 the day to do our assignments (idk what else to call them) if we sat and waited.
iirc, they have a system to do that on the new hybrids so you can ensure they are discharged before digging in and working on them.
funny fact about those btw, you have to put them on a roller, or the wheels moving will recharge the system, and since it carries massive amps, could kill you if you weren't aware. hybrids are fucking scary

Wheels: status on those
Coils: Will be buying them closer to the end of June
Damn, weird weather you got there. It's hot here 24/7. Are they out of stock or they just haven't shipped them yet?

I know. In March we had 2 weeks in the middle 80's.
Last 2 weeks its been in the upper 70's to mostly in the 80's and a few days about 90. This is the worst day here in many months
Heeltoe was out of stock with my Tein SA coilovers. I should have asked if they were in stock. I figured they would be I bet XLR8 has them in stock.
Very Curious what wheels your getting

Stated it a few times that I feel it is ass-backwards doing coils before wheels. Why set your suspension and then be limited to what wheels you can pick? Stupid. Plus, with all the advice, I know what fits and what doesn't so I'm good. But at this rate I'll probably be doing wheels and coils at the same time.
I'm excited, I keep hounding for updates from the guy, I want them! lol

Right?
I feel it's ass-backwards to do wheels before coils. Next thing for the CL is coils. I just passed on a wheel trade today because I don't want to get wheels before I know how annoyingly low I will sit. Plus slammed on any wheel pretty much looks dope.

Get it right fellas...
What's the latest ETA for your wheels, Austin?!
There's a pretty sweet set of used Tein SS for sale right now in the BM, but the guys wants as much as the new advance...maybe if you show him how much the new ones go for, you can get him to drop the price to something tempting?
https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/tein-super-street-coilovers-830998/
shoot, that's not the right link...but I'll leave it to take you to the BM anyway!

I've seen it, $800 for used Tein SS. Rather just buy brand spanking new.
I'm awaiting an ETA from the vendor, he was supposed to get in contact with Ninja Company Wheels lololol
I just gotta keep on him so I get answers.

On a side note, I just watched Top Gear and they tested the Audi RS4 (older episode) and now I want it for possibly a next car? They range from like $30-45k.
Look how sexy it is!!

oh yeah. and the 4.2 is cool sounding, but THIS is a real RS4.

basically I had my audi setup like a bolt on rs4 of this generation. same turbos. just different cams and intake mani's, and a shorter 6th gear.

that's a wagon bro.
They're nice but they're just not for me. Rather have the sedan. Plus, I like the look of the B7 a lot more than the others. Not really a fan of older Audi or newer Audi styling. I like where they were in mid-late 2000's.

I have yet to experience an Audi, I just really love the style and the power of that car. From watching the Top Gear episode it was like...
I. Must. Have. That.

lol really? That RS 4 looks far from a grandma's car. It's subtle but it's not...idk how to really describe it. It just looks mean compared to Audi's other cars.
And with that 4.2 V8, better watch out

I LOVE RS4's.
BUT I highly suggest you FILL your savings before buying one.
When they start aging they cost a FORTUNE to maintain. Keep the TL Bro
Just like BMW and BENZ. Awesome cars for people who have alot of $$$ to keep them on the road.

I was just joking....I was only stage 1 with a catback. Probably wasn't even 350whp, but it was pretty damn quick. Miss her...
