So far in my travels I have only seen 1 TL-S an ASM in Abilene TX and maybe 7 other 3g tl's total. A couple 4g tl's I have seen 2 GTR's. Been crazy. I however should have read that post about sunscreen because I did NOT use any.

High 70s day and high 60's nights has been an awesome change though. Poolside everyday and even got to watch the Blue Angels flying around this morning. They had the base closed to public otherwise could have sat in the bleachers right off the runway they take off from.

Been a cool vacation and not ready to go home. Going to look at a couple houses tomorrow and see if we will be looking into purchasing in the NW Florida area this fall.

Pics will be up when I get home. I ended up buying a 55-250mm lens and was a very good idea. The T3i has taken some really cool pics.

Yeah that camera is definately the nicest I have ever used or owned. My brother is going to buy something similiar when he gets back to Hawaii haha.
I burned the top of my head due to driving my dad's 07 mustang gt convertible (5 speed cuz he is a cool old man) and he doesn't believe in owning a vert and having the top up.

I just wish I knew more about my camera. Will def have to do some homework.

But it was definately nice only seeing 1 TL-S on my adventure. Makes me really wanna keep my car due to the individuallity of it and the rarety that comes with a 3g S. I was able to spot a few regular 3g's here and there but mostly driven by older people from what I noticed.

But if I decide to move down there before the end of this year I will unfortunately have to sell my car so that I will be able to put down enough money for what we are looking at. I am gonna try like hell to not let that happen but if it does I will probably look into a convertible as well. Just too many nice days in spring/fall there.

That and the fact that I HATE living where I am at now. Pics will most likely be up tonight or tomorrow. I will not be cropping/photoshopping anything due to lack of motivation.

Hope you had a good get-away bro. And if you have to sell the car in order to get a house then that is a smart choice. I would do that if i had to.

Looks good. Waxed my pickup today and washed and waxed most of my car today. Have to finish pass. doors tomorrow and clean all windows and vacuum it out and condition leather. Then pull rims and install rotors/pads and wax rims. Gonna "lotion" my tires so ronjon doesn't bash on me again lol.
Just glad the wind has been down lately and also forgot how nice a car feels after a good wax job. Haven't done that in a while.

Anyway once she is all clean gonna take her out for a spin and look for some good places to take some pictures.

Notice the sailboat between their heads lol

alligator alley - Alabama

I feel I got some good shots out of the vacation. I am still learning the camera and took about 4 gig of pictures while there. Wanted to take more RAW pics but it is a pain to convert back over. I did take some though of our family. We are going to do picture mirrors for xmas this year.

Hope you enjoy the pics.

Yeah mostly just sat around the pool and drank lol. But we did go out and visit a few places.

Just got finished putting my rotors/pads in. The screws were all jacked up. Damn the person who was there before me. Also replaced the broken lug stud while I was there and waxed/polished rims front and back.

Pics of the aftermath to come tonight.

And the rear pads were hardly wore. Oh well. The fronts had been replaced with brembos as well.

Must say those brakemotive's look damn sexy behind some RJ legends.

^ i have 103K miles on my car with original rear pads with 50% left lol!!! if only the fronts lasted so long.... goes to show how little stopping force is used on the back pads

I want it in the pocket but also want to be able to close the cover. I am curious to know if any of you have done this and can give me pictures or recommendations on dvd players in general. I have been looking between soundstream or myron davis but I would love to know what everyone else has done. Thanks in advance

you still wanna go the old school school and install a dvd player? try something what I did, get the media live storage device, connects to the nav tool and you can connect a hardrive to it with any content on it (pics, vids, music) and control it with remote.. plus with hardrive you can always update your library easy and fast.

oooo nice! an IS-F!!! I'm not a huge fan of the gauge cluster in the 2011 model though. I think the previous setup looked better...but hey, that's just my opinion.

damn congrats!!! you don't know how jealous i am right now! quick question, is there any reason in particular to why you decided on the IS-F over an M3 or a C63? is maintenance and upkeep cheaper?

i'm not really in a position to buy another car right now but i'd love to hear your input! and please post pics!!!

Even maybe that seems from the TL-s the logical next step unless you want a turbo then the 335i would come into the mix ...but the IS-F would be my next choice if I was to switch today or potentially the new Maxima just cause that car rides like a dream

here is the ISF.... thing is a beast compared to the TL-S but thats to be expected lol

Am I japanese .... no lol I am a white boy but i do like JDM cars.... one reason for getting the ISF was decent deal... $57K out the door fully loaded as compared to a fully loaded M3 2011 they still want around $65-$70K before taxes and similar with the C63.... I also have a 100K mile warranty on the car and they gave me a great interest rate.

Other ownership factors was reliability being that it is a toyota.... Now dont get me wrong I love the M3 and the new C63 but the ISF with its new limited slip differential and suspension settings and a 0-60 in the low 4 seconds made me want to grab it
