The UA7 SQUAD Thread
i would but i dont have another car right now and the down time required waiting for a shop to powdercoat them would seem like forever. I can afford to be out of comission for a weekend to prep and paint and allow for drying and be back in business monday. Powdercoating is obviously my preferred option lol! unless you know someone in northern va that can do it for me quick and for cheap! haha
rebuilding the caliper isnt too bad. Ive done it before on the fiancees g35. Parts are almost nothing compared to the cost of a new one. especially on the front brembos

there have been several members that have painted the brembos.
using high heat temp. paint and clear coat.
the brembo's turn out awesome!
Side note, when I bled my brembos, some of the brake fluid got onto the caliper.
it ate away at my paint!

its mainly just getting out there and shooting. Practice.
look at other peoples pictures. see what you like about them, see what you dont like about them.
I suspect you're using the AUTO settings.
nice cam, btw. Canon EOS 7D.

I only shoot in M unless its something I'm not uploading online. I was shooting in M and mainly using center focusing point to recompose. I used my 15-85mm yesterday, left the 50mm 1.4 in the car.

so i got my lighted door sills in the mail today and just got done installing them. Everything was fine until i got to the front drive sill. It doesnt light up all the way. Im extremely happy with them and were well worth the money. Its the small things that really make the car stand out from the rest. Hopefully supercomputers will get back to me soon. It sucks that it has to be the one that i will see all the time that doesnt work

ill post pictues up here in a little bit!

when I helped a buddy install them, we tested all 4 before we started on the install.
we tested using the battery.
Mike and Greg! FUCKING AWESOME PICTUREEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I briefly tested them just to make sure they all lit up. Didnt inspect them overly close. and it was bright in the garage. now that its dark, its easier to tell.
Sure did, thanks for the heads up.

Hell yes
Roof spoiler looks good btw but sorry to hear about the sills.
Mike, those wheels look dope homie! The pix are sweet too. Any chance you'll bring the front down just a hair? How's it ride?
