Don't put any money into the exterior. Put it all into the motor and you'd have a great sleeper.

Are you going to keep the M45 or what?

^Ross so right bro! The exterior will be VERY last! I am going to sell the M, but I'm looking for a truck as a replacement. I'm looking for an 02-03 Ford Harley F-150 Supercharged....lol.

And Donnie, a Harley F-150 would be sooo badass.

Took the "diffuser" off today. I may redo it in a few weeks though. Hmm...

I got a set of Tien S-Tech springs for my birthday and got them put on a couple of days ago. We measured it at a 1.7 inch drop all around after we put them on and they should settle a tad but lower. Overall I'm very pleased with how they look.

And now, onto the pictures.

Next things on the list are drilled rotors and new pads, and definitely some spacers as well but I'm not sure about the size or brand of y'all want to give some suggestions.

Looks great man! Congrats

Plan to get at least 15mm spacers all around.

Thanks buddy.

I was thinking about doing 20mm in the front and 25mm in the rear. Think those would rub without doing anything to the fenders?

Ross, LOVE THE STANCE BRO!!! I'd look into removing the splash guards. Mine were badly scraped after running my s techs. I loved the sleek look without them. I'll be home during thanksgiving and block leave from 14 December to 4 Jan. Let me know if you are looking to mod! I had a lot of my TL parts "lost" during my move to El Paso! I have a good set of 19" tires YOU CAN HAVE if you find a set of 19" rims man. They are Nexen N7000 with at least 85% tread. The fronts are 235/35/19 and rears are 245/35/19. I would post them for sale here, but I'd rather pass them to a good friend.

Thanks Donnie! We'll have to catch up over Thanksgiving, I want see to see that new badass house of yours haha. I've been wanting to take out the intake resonator and have been thinking about doing something to the tail lights similar to what Rockstar did but not sure.

And I've been thinking about getting some new wheels but keep talking myself out of it, but that offer just made it a lot harder. haha

Edit: Would 15mm and 20mm still rub?

From what I read....15mm/20mm you'll be good bro. I believe rockstar and a few others ran 25mm with no issue with long road trips. If you want the tires they will be there.

Well I decided to take a few pictures today and I think they came out pretty good.

Any suggestions for mods?

Awesome pictures man! Gotta love a clean WDP

As for mods, I would ditch the mudflaps for the A-Spec kit. I know you like the pinstripe along with the sticker but they both take away more than they add

It's too late for me to edit the post but I forgot to add that I took a short video of my stage 1 exhaust today too.

Just click the question mark and it'll link you to the video. I don't know how to post the video...

Dude, it sounds much louder than your other TL when you ran the Stage 4. Another free mod I would do is, delete your air resonator box. It will make your TL-S growl during WOT. I'll hit you up when I get into town for Thanksgiving. Maybe we can take some pics with your TL-S and the wife's vette....lol.

It sounds a lot cleaner than the stage 4 did. I'm thinking about maybe going to stage 3.

And like I said, let me know when you get back in town. Maybe we could take out the intake resonator. And I've got some Brembo covers for the rear that I've been wanting to install so maybe we do that too.

I would stay with Stage 1 until you come across someone local trying to do an ATLP swap plus $$$. I paid $400 for my V2's with less than 2K miles. Travis was selling his TL and parted it out before the sale. I'll be tied up with family that Thursday, but I'll be in town until Sunday. I got the tools and finally a garage!!

If you know someone looking for a Vette pass the word. Apparently the wife is getting tired of a 6speed....lol. I'm looking for an older auto 350z/G35/RSX for her. She's going to Macon state and putting too many damn miles on her Murano...lol.

Thursday would be a no go with me too since its Thanksgiving. haha. We're staying in town this year and I don't have any plans so whenever is good with you is good with me.

And I'd check out cargurus.com That's where I found my TL-S.

I would stick to 15/20mm. When I had my S Techs with 15/20 spacers, the only rub I had was the tab in the front passenger wheel well. It would rub when I turned the wheel all the way and was on an incline. I also had my rear fenders rolled tho.

Took some pics today and they came out a little better.

The rice mod was the rubber lip thing that you can get from Lowe's or wherever. It was only $10 so I figured, why not try it. I think it looks pretty good. Instead of putting it all the way around the front bumper, I decided to put it in the middle half. I think it looks kind of like the 04-06 Aspec lip.

Home Depot lip? I find that the sides of the front bumper gets more scratches than in that area where it curves up. I've been trying to find front diffusers to eliminate that problem, but none that'll fit it properly.

Ross, I've actually seen one of these in person on someone else's TL and it looks good in person. But do the entire lip-just a suggestion.....

Constantly spending money on little stuff will prevent you from getting big stuff. I would leave the car alone for a while until you can get the A-Spec kit.

Hey now, the paint was on sale for 2 for $6.99. haha

I really do want the Aspec kit, but I just don't know if I could bring myself to drop $700 on one thing for my car.

Oh trust me, whenever I see a TL with the kit, I can't help but drool. There's just no way I could afford it right now.

Hey Ross, thought about opening your headlights on this TL also? I think clearing them and sell the Type S diffusers. I can only dream to be in another TL again...lol.
