how much it cost to paint that roof in black or what ever you did?

 

Its no different than the type of product they use for Clear Bras and those can be removed. I had the same type of film on my lower valance wor 2 winters and removed it 2 days ago and you can't tell where it was.

Won't damage the paint. Removes easily with the use of a hair dryer or heat gun .. or outside in the sun.

 

would painting the roof in NBP cause problems with the radio/navi since the atenna is on the roof? Stupid question, but I figured I'd ask.

 

Let me know I can sell you the vinyl. Mine was all done in one piece, not seamed down the middle.

It is flat black, but it comes in pretty much any color.

 

Not a pattern .. just bulk film?

 

I made a pattern for the hood, but the rest is bulk film (actually a little larger than the areas that you would put them on) and you just trim it back. That way you have a little more room for error. Patterns could always be made, it wouldn't be that hard.

It shouldnt fade from what I've heard. The vinyl I use has UV protection.

Looks awesome!! I think all WDP should do this mod!! "Lights" your car would look even better with this mod to go with your blacked chrome lights and your darker wheels!!

Mine hasn't faded at all .. Occasionally I put on a coat of Clear Kote Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze.

 

What does the vinyl cost to cover the roof in one piece preferably? I've always wanted a black roof on my TL.
