Well, I got my TL here... with some nice things, ATLP Quads, ATLP Jipe, AEM V2 CAI, RS4 wheels, Neuspeed Springs, Koni shocks... aspec, tints, all that jazz.










Then, you know... it was too much. So I said, FUCK IT and packed up and uninstalled the Quads and Jpipe.

A few months go by and something was really missing... those badges.. so i slapped those back on:



Boy was I happy.. and heck I even looked like a RICER with base exhaust and type-s aspec! I was very excited to have this look! Please see!



I even took the extra effort to make it sag a bit.

So I was sporting this for a while... then something was missing... or rather.. something was THERE that I didn't like anymore. So I was thinking and thinking and finally said "SON OF A BITCH! REMOVE THAT HIDEOUS ASPEC!"

Much cleaner yes? I definitely recommend the Aspec removal mod.


Then what is that noise? I thought I got rid of the quads... oh yes... this...



So much cleaner ya? Who the fuck needs a cold air intake when you have the air conditioning?! DUH!



One day, I was in my car and this kid came up to me and started asking for money. I couldn't resist and had to give him all that change. Then I started thinking... if only my car were higher.. the kid wouldn't reach the window. And I wouldn't need this stupid tint to hide myself anymore!

3 months went by, and my 18" RS replicas were getting boring to me. Time to get that white/silver/pearl/whatever stock wheels back on!

I've never seen anyone do a progress thread like this. Good one! Car looks GREAT. Geez... after having my car dropped for so long, I forgot how freakin high the car is at stock height. It looks lifted!

Btw, I'm not sure if you'll get back to the post I made in reply to yours on my thread. If not, I was wondering about that resonator you had... did you end up installing it? If you did, how's the sound now? How much quieter than before?

As for the resonator, I added a 22" magnaflow resonator. I think it quieted the exhaust from the outside, but didn't make much difference on the inside.

I got used to it now. I am sure you did too? How are things? I liked your pics from your new camera on your other thread. Great work!

Ah, too bad... I was hoping that it would reduce the drone inside the cabin. The exhaust sounds damn good from outside, but the drone is just horrible at 2.5k rpm! I've actually started using the manual mode to shift the gears so I don't get stuck in that 2.5k range. It's not so bad when it's just myself in the car, but when I have passengers, i feel bad for them!

Things are going pretty well. Work is stressful as ever. I'm actually starting to look for another car already. Maybe something within the next year or so.

Yes, my camera is super good... too bad I'm no good at using it to its full potential! Gotta practice more!
