So my car was in paint last week and decided to get my emblems redone.

very nice job- i like it alot. The front is SICK- and....btw- when i graduated school in 04, i moved to Jax, and worked for Duval Acura- useless info..but still , i see you from the 904

The front grille looks awesome, but for the rear, you should have just debadged it.

thanks fellas. I wanted to keep the OEM feel so thats why I didnt debadge. Plus everyone does.

I wanted to keep the flow into the front emblem but the ones ive seen done just look like a big black circle when they blacked out the "A". So I had him paint the back a flat silver to try and match the grill. I think it all came out great.

Hey Danger,

Not sure if you are familiar with Amp'd Emblems. We recently did our first order for someone that has their rear emblem blacked out like yours. His car is WDP. We made one for him in red. I have no idea how the Amp'd Emblem will look when blacked out, but if it does turn out good, look for some pictures here and on the website and the Facebook page.

I love this. I have to be a copy cat on this but you'll get FULL credit i assure you. Did you paint new emblems or did you paint the old ones and restick (if so how)???

Used original emblems. Just took the old double sided tape off and replaced with new tape. Make sure to sand and then use plastic paint promoter so the paint will stick.
