My '06 ASM TL 5AT
This site has been outstanding, and I have benefited from the great degree of knowledge shared on AZ
The weather has been really nice here lately so I got the chance to snap a few pics of my TL. I bought her new in 2006 after suffering through much heartache with my previous VW / Audi products. I had a 1997 VW Jetta VR6, 2000 Jetta 1.8t, and a 2002 Audi S4 which was modded to over 400hp. They were all lemons that spent more time in the shop then in the street. My TL has been flawless to date and I plan on keeping her till the wheels fall off. Enjoy!

My mods thus far are:
Type S- rims, tail lights, side markers, shift knob and RSB
35% tint, switchblade key, ASM mud flaps, LED license plate lights, lip spoiler, hardwired V1 and Tomtom navi and of coarse the BBS wheels which are off a 2006 EVO MR.
I am not planning on any performance mods other than a-spec suspension in the near future. I want to get 20 years out of this car hopefully. She only has 37k on her right now since I had a company car for 2 years.
Can anyone make it so it displays all the pics instead of the links that you have to click on?

I like the BBS wheels because they are lightweight. I think they are about 17lbs each. However, I have to agree that my Type-S rims are more aesthetically pleasing. Do you guys think the BBS wheels would look better if they were powder coated a darker gunmetal color? Does anyone have the ability to photoshop a darker color so I can see if it looks bueno?

I like the BBS wheels, but I'm partial to the Type S wheels. They just seem to go so well with ASM/

I prefer the looks of my type s wheels as well. Those rims are just so damn sexy!
The only other cosmetic mods I am planning for my car are the black chrome emblems and I'm going to plasti-dip my front grill. I'm going to see if I can find someone local to do the black chrome. They are just too damn expensive for what they are going for on here.
