Seriously, I was LOL! while taking the pick just thinking of the reaction on AZ I would get for those who know the inside joke of Aaron and his WT reppin! I was LOL! I was shaking taking the pic trying to get the shot nbefore the damn truck drove off...But, Here ya go buddy!

I've been seeing a lot of commercials for it lately too...laser measured and cut to ensure a perfect fit...raised edges to ensure the mess stays where you want it, on the mat.

Wow, I did not know that. IMO, even as perfect and a great product I hear they are, that does sound like a design flaw. I just don't understand why would you cover the dead pedal. Aaron, don't you have SuperComputer Al. pedals?

Thanks Josh, I google searched "Evil Santa"
It's meant to ensure that when you rest your foot on it, it'll catch all the sht on your foot, but I agree, it don't look right...especially if you have nice pedals.

dead pedal isn't covered. they look just like the OEM mats except they're a lot better quality, durable, look nicer.

i dont have the SC pedals, its one of those mods i never considered getting bc you dont really see them you know? how often is one looking at pedals?

pedal feel is a big deal to me...I never thought about it, but once I did...I was very glad.

"better" is such a subjective word...I'd just rather have oem. Aaron, get those sweet weathertech window visors!

HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION FOR YOU TL FAN BOYS ALIKE ~

Curiosity, what do you think (if it was your car...or just knowing our cars in general) my car as it stands would sell for?

Details: 2006 TL 4d Sedan 3.2 Non-Navi/AT w/ 93000mi...and of course, you all know the rest and all that is into it. I see stock, they run anywhere $11000 ~ $15000+ (at least here in FL.)

So, what is the verdict? Since we all drive the same car and knowledgeable regarding our cars and market(s).

well obviously if you sold it on this forum and found an enthusiast who likes what you've done to it, you could probably get closer to that $15k tag WITH all of the mods...would still be a stretch tho since you have the 105k service coming up.

however, as we all know, mods hurt the value...they don't add to it. so if it were me, i would return everything to stock and sell the aftermarket stuff on the side. find someone in a PP deal and just sell the car un-modded to a regular person not affiliated with this forum.

^every place is different. dealerships will rape you, naturally.

a lot of indy mechanics are capable of doing the work too, for much less. i think the average price is between $600-$900 for bare bones work (timing belt, water pump)...from the dealership. if you need valve adjustments or anything else it'll be more. but like i said, everywhere is different it seems.

it's too bad you're in FL...hamilton honda in NJ has a special going for like $400.

When my 105k service comes, Ima make a trip up to Tampa, my friend. Another 14K miles for me, but if your buddy is fair and reputable. Might be worth the trip up.
