i'd be interested in going IB as well...to save space in the trunk and lighten the load a bit.
i'll keep my eye on this thread, good luck JayVee.

We are almost twins Besides the manufactures of wheels & slight size/offset difference (mine are 19x9.5 +40 all 4 corners) ...same exact concepts and look in design shooting or leaning toward a EURO look rather then a IMPORT look. Well done.
PS...u can follow some IB stuff here as it moves along but a better place would be the other thread I started on the IB subject or audio upgrade:

I just took a closer look, the tips actually mimick the body line pretty well since the inside, bigger oval, sticks out further, which matches the bumper. I may get all up on this mod.
Actually, maybe I'm just tired, but I can't find the link to where to get these...I'm really not kidding about joining you on this...I'm not 100 percent yet, because everything on our cars is very hard edged with no circles, but that might be why the type s tips looks go good...some round on the hard edges.

If he's not, you KNOW he'll be posting up that he's selling them and he had too much time and changed his mind!
I hope the end of the tips are long enough that when looking at it from all angles and the side, you can NOT see it taper down to 1 pipe...the main reason that will look amazing is that it looks stock and NOT like "just the tip".

To Rockstar143...
SIKE!
Here you go buddy! At last minute (to no surprise... ) I changed my mind before SoCal shipped the quads out swap my order and ship the PORSCHE tips instead as originally planned. I didn't update the thread with my change keeping everyone in surprise for when they showed up... Well, here they are
I moched them to the exhaust ports and bumper to get a ruff image how they will look and fit... and they are going to look freekin sweet as hell just as I thought. I know for sure, I will be happy with them.

STILL STOCK...(That one is for SWOOSH )...Inside joke
Cut the entire neck off to custom make a new one due to the angle and low muffler port vs the high exhaust exit...The just didn't match size of tip vs space allowed.
One tip on...One to go
Tacking them on spot on!
Awesome job on bend and new neck.
Said and done!
FK~YEAH! Thanks SOCAL AUTOSPORTS!

+1 Steven B. The entire car was once just a leg humpin wanabe dream when I looked at some of your cars on here on AZ... Now the dream is reality and all that I have drawn up in my head wondering how will it look? Will this fit? Will this match? Will this look ricer or over board? etc etc... All has come together quite nicely and well balanced through and through

Who the hell is hating?!? You've gotten nothing but compliments!
When I asked about the spray paint it was because I can't believe the guy took enough pride in his work that he actually took the time to spray the weld so you wouldn't look at it. I'm really close to pulling the trigger on these, but my girl said she didn't dig the ovals on the very angular car. She's usually the voice of reason...so I'll sleep on it.
