Get adhesion promoter, don't think that the center line indentation will hold the vinyl down otherwise, run some of that around all the lines, get the blowdryer out and go for it. Can you install that with water/soap too? Makes the install more forgiving!
for that center bar, use adhesive promoter like J said and also use a HEAT GUN and not a hair dryer. those curves and contours are a real bitch to handle.

heat gun is much more efficient than a hair dryer, use on low setting and only wave it across the area you want to stretch/bend for a second or so. the material will stay hotter longer and be easier to work with.
yeah. me too for the most part. but for certain pieces (like your cross bar) you'll want a heat gun.
