^^^ the BMW's/Audi's/MB's are very desirable but once they reach a certain age you will be forced to visit a sperm bank to pay for the maintenance....

That S4 is HOTTTTT !!!!
the only thing which worries me about the Audi's/MB's/BMW's is the damn maintenance....burns a hole in your pockets.....
but if you feel the car is well maintained and taken care of, give it a go....you will be going from a semi sport sedan to a serious sport sedan, with a ton of HP/TQ and AWD
just sell me the BBK before you sell the car....lets swap

He said if I can get him seats in better condition, I could sell off the exhaust and BBK to make some money back.
I'm going to have the car inspected at an Audi dealership (PPI and engine compression check) if he's serious about the trade. I forgot to mention that the S4 has 116K on the clock.

Post some pix of your seats....maybe he is just being anal !!! and yes, I recommend a thorough check of the car at the Audi dealership....I bet they have like a 150 point check (like Acuras do)....This will save you a ton of headache post sale....

Another pic of how she sits right now
Quick question.. I'm starting to notice some shudder when I brake. I hope my rotors aren't warped. All 4 of my wheels are bent though.. but they've been balanced. Car just received an alignment 2 weeks ago as well. What can be the reason? Are my rotors warped already or is it because of the bent wheels?

As much as I love your TL, I would get that S4 in a heartbeat.

I just asked the current owner to send me a pic of the car when the guy before had it (he told me it had a carbon fiber hood).
Well after seeing the pics it seemed like the previous owner modded it a good amount. He had a front plate called 'WHATIS2ND'. Did a quick google search and found his profile. With some more research I found that he had another named called 'LMAO JDM' on AudiZine. I'm not too happy with what I see.. posts tells me a lot about the person the previous owner was. I'm about to leave work but if you guys look up his name on AudiZine you'll see what I'm talking about.

He told me he needed something with better gas mileage. The V8 was killing him because he drove locally a lot.
Think I have my mind set on keeping the car unless something comes up my way. I'm not going to pursue any trades for now.
Hanging out with some of the AZine guys makes me want to keep the car longer haha.
She just hit 147K a few days ago and still going strong.

Authur....you have a great looking car....147K is barely breaking the engine in....
I have a 167K on mine and she has been running like a champ (knock on wood)....
the only ITEM other than regular maintenance, I have had to change is the rear caliper...other than that, she has been wonderful.
As I mentioned earlier, the TL is very reliable and the Audi's tend to get expensive to maintain down he line...however, that S4 looks nice and has a ton of power....if I were an Audi fan or looking for a change, I would have done it pending a thorough inspection from the dealer....
Even today, if someone comes up to me with a well done/maintained S2K Ap2 or a similar handling car, I might highly consider the trade....1 thing which is for sure is that I will shed a tear while giving him the keys....
so bottom line is, make an informed decision....remember you live only once....no one knows whats gonna happen tomorrow....so if you feel the Audi is a good deal and you always wanted one, I say go for it

As much as I want a newer and faster car, I'm going to keep the TL until it dies.

Wish I had a 6MT
I'm going to VT tonight so I'll post a pic of the snowboard on the rack when I get a chance

Some pictures from my recent trip to Vermont and Maine
Picked up my snowboard at REI. Freshly waxed.
Loading the rest of the snowboards
From the top of Mt. Killington
A shot of my car in the parking lot
Random pic on the way to Maine
2lb Lobster Roll at Fisherman's Grill
Fresh Clam Chowder
Duckfat Fries
It was a nice getaway from NYC and I put nearly 1,000 miles on the TL

After 3 years of listening to my iPod/Phone through a tape deck.. I finally pulled the trigger on a USA SPEC PA15-HON3 kit. Bought it off an AZine member, Gregerst, who listed it at a sweet price a few days ago.
It arrived today
Went out to Radioshack to pick up some accessories
Tore apart the center console
After a few hours.. I was able to route both the AUX cable and the iPhone/iPod cable through the center compartment
Andddddd finally done
It's working well so far with Spotify, which is where all my music is stored.
GOOD NIGHT
