^^ I like the look....I ordered a Type S badge from EBAY too. It was also larger than the regular Type S badge, but I didn't realize that when I ordered it. I used it under the hood, in the engine bay.

so...i got woke up this morning thinking about what i could do to the TL for relatively cheap to help performance. Then i decided i can clean shit! So i went to the local parts store got some seafoam(BTW amazing) fed it through the vacum line and put another can in the gas since i was a little under 1/4 tank. Car is running reallllly smooth now. Going to go ahead and drive it for a few days then change out the plugs to some ngk. Heres some pics of the notorious seafoam smoke.

that was at intial start up. After i get on the onramp and put her in vtech it puffed out some more then was back to normal. Im glad i didnt smoke for miles wouldve probably caused a wreck. Hopefully that helped the MPG before i drive down to charlotte for C&C next week lol.

lol...ok well usually people tuck it up in that corner due to the crossbar in the oem grille....it looks way off tucked up there with all that open space in the middle..whatever floats your boat i guess

That's insane. I've heard about the copious amounts of smoke after seafoam, but I've never seen it. I want to do this, but I'm rather concerned about what my neighbors would think is going on.

i always felt that angel eyes that arent on BMWs were sort of ricey. So many little....95 civics and accords running around here with halo's and N1 style pep boy mufflers. Acura did an amazing job designing the TL headlights if nething i will just remove the amber on the sides and leave them alone. They look sick as it is. thats just my opinion tho.

Teins are on, but ran out of time and will be hooking up EDFC later this week. I went with a 2 1/2in drop rear 2 3/4 in the front. Sorta rushed today will be post better pics later in the week along with the new strut bar.

no scraping no rubbing so far...i can turn the wheel all the way left and right with no rubbing.

The drive is really tight and clean. I didnt notice a MAJOR difference, but i think its because the type s has tweaked suspension from the factory. But it sticks like glue to the road. gonna take her around some turns later this weekend and really test the teins.

Nice thread but...

1-2 oz / gallon.
1/4 tank = 3-4 gallons

Most of that crap coming out your tailpipes is not carbon buildup but just excess seafoam.

btw.. NGK Iridiums & Bosch Plats are OE plugs. Don't be surprised if the plug you pull is the same plug you're installing. Depending on your miles it might be a bit premature to be changing out the plugs.

When the time does come.. seafoam the crank.
