Wire tucking in the engine bay

i searched and didn't find anything on this but i was just curious if anybody has done any wire tucking on their 3g's. i know removing the engine cover is a huge step for some of you, and the argument about the engine being "ugly" or "has a nice personality" is apparently an issue for others, but i want to see what options are out there.

for those who don't know what im talking about the idea is to move the wires and other things around to clean up your engine bay,
heres a pic

I gave it some thought but it seemed like a lot of work.

Instead im going to use some ss braided line and some shrink wrap on the ends to dress it up. better then black rubber everywhere imo

You don't have to. If you don't, it's just more labor intensive & quality can suffer. My setup pictured above took about 30 minutes to remove with a four post lift. It's all about simplicity.

ok, maybe a full tuck is too much to ask for here, how about a mild "tidying up" of the engine bay.

You might be able to reroute the headlight harness through the fenders without extendig wires (assuming they're separate from the main harness). The same thing might be possible with the fuse box. Maybe it could be rerouted into the cabin somewhere. Being OBD2, you're pretty much stuck with certain emmissions parts. People on here have successfully relocated the battery. That would clean up the engine bay, and I think there is a DIY write up already. If you want more space in front of the engine, you could install universal pusher fans and relocate the coolant reservoir. Remove the wiper reservoir and use the squeegee every time you stop for gas.

I just sold an EK hatch. Bone stock 98' with a blown headgasket. Got 1900 for it

It didn't look like that engine though! haha.
