There's a video on YouTube of a guy hitting 160mph in a stock base auto. I could only find the 155mph version. I know the 07-08 auto TLs are governed to 135 but theoretically speaking, a TL-S should break 160. Question is, do you want to? So many things that could go wrong...

Speedometer error; by 155 the built-in speedometer will show 160.

In our 04 base with 160k on motor, about 20k on auto trans we have hit 145ish mph multiple times. Only mods are cai, and res+mid muff delete. But as far as top speed? I have no doubt it would do 155mph like previously stated.
