Kit Quoted At About 1256.49 And 936.00 With Out The Rear Wing. The Wing Is Similar To The Stock Wing On The Type S Rsx. Instalation Is 200.00. Wat Do You Guys Think Everything Is Painted Already Straight From Dealer.

 

Note....the full A-spec kit includes a brake upgrade, steering wheel also. And from your post...I am not sure what you are asking....please be more clear.

The two figures you appear to be quoting are only $30.49 apart? What are you getting for that? Does the first figure include install? More info would help so we can help you out.

 

Sounds like about what people have been quoted from the dealer for this type of work? Whats your question - can you get it done cheaper? If you get the kit yourself and take it to the body shop you can.....but again (just said this somewhere else) that brings up two lines of thought. One is the way you are going about it now from the dealer...the other in the aforementioned. (is that a word? and did I actually use it right if it is? huh?)

 

$1,200 or $900 plus installation? Tell them where to go! I got the full body kit plus wing for $1,100 installed...from my dealer. You can get the whole kit on eBay for around $800 or so...at that point you can DIY or spend a couple of hundred to have a place put it on.

 

buy it off ebay the body kit for around 700 plus 150 for rear lip spoiler and install the kit yourself. or use the money u saved to have someone install it for u.

 

Thats kind of what I was telling him Chill_dog.......something tells me he isnt good with tools though? What he quoted was about an avg "dealer deal"......or screwjob as you have pointed out. Most dealers wont compete with ebay pricing...which is why I buy from dealers on ebay like you mention! The savings is tremendous if you are willing to mess with it!
