JET has been around for as long as I can remember. They have to be doing something right to still be in business.
I remember reading Super Street mags
back in the day and lots of people had JET ECU upgrades. they were mostly 95 civics and teggys but Im not gonna be the test rat on this but someone will do it.

Performance Chips:
Be very weary of these performance chips that are being sold. I purchased one roughly 2 years ago, thinking that it would work on my 2003 Acura TL-S. Guess what? It DIDNT!!! Fortunately I was only 15 1/2, so I didn't feel like such an idiot. Because I am now 18, I am smarter, and I know that that garbage doesn't work. Whenever you see something, and it costs less than the other guys, thats probably for a good reason, or a bad one if you think of it that way. The performance chips consist of nothing but a false computer chip with two wire. They will never work, you cant get it to work, and you cant rig it to eventually work. It is all BS, and it is a scam.
Vortex Generators (a.k.a. Vortekz, Cyclone, Turbonator):
No matter what anyone says, you cannot create a "vortex" to make more power in your engine. There are so many different parts past the throttle body of a car, that even if you had a vortex, it would be greatly diluted by the end. Also, we aren't driving cars with jet engines... why would a vortex help? If you want faster air flow, either cut a hole in your hood and route it to your filter directly (bad ram air mod), or put a cold air intake and cat back exhaust in or better performance and fuel economy. Also, stick with K&N or a reputable brand. Chinese intakes cut corners, and the price of your engine isnt worth saving a hundred bucks on an cheaper intake.
Hopefully this has answered a few questions any prospect chip or vortex buyers have had.

The ecu will learn around the chip. It may work for a brief period but in the end probably cause performance loss. There is no way in hell that a 275 dollar piggy back module will out smart the acura ecu.
