Im looking into aftermarket exhaust systems and the thing is i Really like the look of the stock exhaust from the back.. and about lal im seen for aftermarket exhausts is the single piping on either side.. any actual high performance exhausts that looking nicer than all these or ot? haha also If i get one of these aftermarket exhausts do they come with the J-Pipe I'm seeing discussed all over these forums??? If not let me know soon cause I got someone trying to sell me their J pipe for only like 225

 

atlp has a quad exhaust that looks very close to stock, but it is aftermarket and ridiculously nice.

no j-pipe, gotta buy that yourself.

 

buy that j-pipe and cut the mid muffler out and see how you like it.

 

i think you will like the sound as it is not to loud but an improvement over stock while at the same time keeping the stock exhaust.

 

the atlp type s exhaust sounds like what you are looking for. however, they are not produced anymore so you will have to be on the lookout for one on the black market. I am with you on the look from the back, None of the aftermarket exhausts look as good as the stock type s exhaust.

I dont really like the way that XLR8 sounds in that video. Thats just my opinion though.

im cool with my exhaust dont have to pull of the cat and i kept my stock j pipe the rv6 is cool but tips are blah so far plus rv6 wasnt out with there exhaust back in january when i got mine thats like saying i should wait for the 5G TL

Either you compromise flow/perfomance for quiet (stock) or you compromise quiet for flow/performance (louder).

 

Well what I mean is...Wrx's for example, had the greddy evo exhaust or the borla hush which are really quiet exhausts. Thats what I mean.

 

Quietest aftermarket is probably the Comptech 'til you go WOT.

Shame I'm a bit strapped for cash right now. I'd sell you my J-Pipe plus race pipe to help pay for the V3 model from RV-6 right now if I wasn't.
